High physical-mechanical properties, ecological compatibility, opportunity of special treatment, use of high-quality birch raw product, characteristics that make MDF particularly attractive during production of different kinds of furniture. It is used in construction as wall panels and ceilings.

MDF is the most popular material in production of furniture fronts. It is compressed fine-dispersed wood fraction. It is a panel material manufactured from dried wood fibers treated with synthetic binding agents and formed in the form of carpet by subsequent hot pressing. Production technology excludes use of harmful epoxy resins and phenol. That’s why MDF is used successfully in manufacture of kitchen furniture. Facades made from MDF are very different. Material allows making of beautiful panels and truncated corners. It is moisture-resistant and do not warp due to kitchen vapors. Details made from MDF can be formed in any way, so furniture design can be very various. MDF panels are safer than flake boards and lately this became one of the important criteria for buyers when choosing furniture. MDF is ideal for production of baby furniture, kitchen and bathroom furniture.
